ER Counseling: Evidence based curriculum
for the Matrix Model for Teens. The materials will be a tool used to help engage young people in their recovery process. They will receive extensive information about issues critical to addiction and relapse.
ER Counseling: Purchase 2 carbon
monoxide screening devices and supplies to
offer carbon monoxide screening to adults
and teens with a tobacco dependency that are being provided treatment for dependence issues.

Positive Focus Mental Health Services:
Depression/Substance Abuse Counseling.
To plan direct care for patient with drug and
alcohol addictions by subsidizing payments
for proper mentoring and counseling
treatment before the situation becomes out of control.
Turning Point Domestic Violence: To
support the agency’s treatment program in
Shelby County. Victims of domestic violence
who struggle with alcohol and/or substance
abuse. Treatment sessions address drug,
alcohol and OC/prescription drug abuse as it
relates to the victimization and associated
high risk of use and abuse by both adult
victims and their children in these violence
filled situations.
